If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Return Eligibility
- First Order: Due to the nature of our 1.69 fl oz (50ml) shots, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase even if the bottles have been opened.
- Secondary Orders & Subscription Refills: For larger orders, we accept returns on any unopened and factory-sealed product within the 30-day window.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Review: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Shipment: If your return is approved for unopened goods, we will provide instructions on where to send the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
